The lucky draw is open to customers buying any model of Intex mobile phones or tablet within the geographical territory of Rajasthan only, from an authorized Intex channel partner.

After buying the product, in order to participate in the draw, customer must SMS IPL <NAME> <TOWN> <INTEX PRODUCT> to +91-9582943043 on the same day. eg. IPL SHYAM ALWAR YUVA

To be eligible for the contest, a stamped bill of purchase from the Intex retailer clearly mentioning the Intex mobile OR tablet purchased with product serial number and date is needed.  A self attested copy of such bill will be required to be submitted while collecting the ticket. The original bill also needs to be produced and shown.

The contest is valid from 20th April 2012 to 10th May 2012.

Winners will be given tickets for general category for the matches being played by Rajasthan Royals in Jaipur. The lucky draw will be held four day before each match for the SMSes received.

The lucky draw is open to Indian residents. Intex employees and their relatives are not eligible to take part in the offer.

In order to participate in the draw, it is necessary to insert a SIM card. Winners will be selected based on selection through computer by an authorized Intex official / third party on random basis, based on the automated IMEI number & SMS received by Intex servers when the  SIM is inserted.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winners will be notified via phone on the number received by our servers.  While all efforts will be made to contact the Lucky winner/s, Intex does not take any responsibility if the mobile number from which the SMS has been sent is switched off OR not reachable & hence the customer cannot be contacted on mobile. The company will periodically announce the names on its website www.intexmobile.in too.

The ticket must be collected in person within two working days from Intex branch office at Jaipur by showing a photo ID.  It is necessary to carry the same mobile in order to verify the IMEI number. 

In case of not collecting the ticket within stipulated time line, the offer will lapse.  At the time of receiving the ticket, a copy of the bill and a photo ID (Driving licence, Voter’s ID card, Passport, PAN Card, in case of Govt. employee – copy of photo ID Card issued by employer ) must be produced for records. The original ID proof also needs to be shown.

The winners will have to attend the match at their own expense.

The company's decision on the winners is final and binding.  No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

All disputes will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
