The company has a full fledged Technical Department headed by General Manager - Technical with 23 years of industry experience in Electronic Circuitry & Product Design, R&D, Product Testing, Quality Control, etc. Assisted by a team of bright and young engineers, this department has the following responsibilities:
- Establish quality & performance norms for various products.
- Prepare specifications as per international standards.
- Set up IQC and lab testing equipment / procedures.
- Test competitor’s products and benchmark company’s products.
- Upgrade quality and reduce field returns (RMA)
- Review electronic circuitry design, housings, packaging, gift box designs, instruction manuals, etc., with a view to making them cost effective, consumer friendly and suited to Indian operating environment.
- Identify product USPs.
- Technical training to Sales & Service / Distributor personnel.
- Keep abreast of technological developments in product design / specs and identify high quality vendors.
- Provide all technical inputs for product development.
